Who we are
ROAS Calculator ("we", "us", "the site") operates the free ROAS and ROI calculator available at this domain. The data controller is Javier Brito, C/ B # 10, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. You can reach us at any time through our contact page.
The short version
The calculator itself collects nothing. Your ad spend, revenue and cost figures are processed by JavaScript inside your own browser and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We do not have accounts, we do not ask for your email to use the tool, and we could not see your numbers even if we wanted to.
What data is processed
1. Data you type into the calculator
Processed locally in your browser only. It is never sent over the network, never written to a database and disappears when you close the tab. If you use the "Copy link" button, your figures are encoded into a URL that you choose to share — nothing is uploaded by us in that process.
2. Local browser storage
We store a single preference in your browser's localStorage: the currency you last selected, under the key roascalc:cur. We also use sessionStorage to remember that an advertisement has already been shown to you during this visit, so you are not shown it repeatedly. Neither is a cookie, neither leaves your device, and both can be cleared from your browser settings at any time.
3. Server access logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested: IP address, browser user agent, referring page, date and time. These logs are used solely for security and to diagnose faults, and are retained for a limited period by the hosting provider. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Advertising
This site is funded by advertising. When advertising is active, third-party vendors — including Google — may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and/or other sites on the Internet.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a consent banner asks for your permission before any non-essential cookie is set, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade personal data.
- We never ask you to register, and we do not run a mailing list from this tool.
- We never send your campaign figures anywhere.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Because we do not hold accounts, in practice the only data connected to you is what appears in the hosting access logs. Write to us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Some jurisdictions grant further rights, such as knowing exactly what is held about you and having it erased. We do not sell or share personal information under any definition, so those requests are straightforward for us to honour — use the same contact route.
Children
This site is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly process data from them.
International transfers
Our hosting and advertising partners may process data outside your country. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be signalled on the home page.
Who we share data with
We have no customer database to share. The only parties that ever touch data connected to your visit are the infrastructure providers below, each acting as a processor under its own agreement:

We do not use analytics, heatmaps, session recording or a customer data platform. If that ever changes, this table changes with it before the tool goes live.
How long data is kept
- Your calculator inputs: not kept at all. They exist in your browser's memory and vanish when you close the tab.
- Currency preference: stays in your browser until you clear site data.
- Server access logs: retained by the hosting provider for a short rolling window (typically 14–30 days) and then overwritten.
- Advertising identifiers: governed by the advertising partner's own retention policy, which you can review and reset from the opt-out links above.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, sends standard hardening headers, and has no login, no database and no file uploads — which removes most of the categories of breach a website can suffer. Because we hold no accounts, there is no credential store to compromise.
Automated decision-making
We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. The calculator performs arithmetic on numbers you supply; it does not score, rank or classify you.
Making a complaint
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, please tell us first via the contact page so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain directly to the data protection authority in your country.
